Showed up at a very busy time. My masseuse was in and out of my room the whole time. Decided to just reschedule for another day, hopefully they can make up for the unsatisfactory service. Thanks.

Difficult to communicate with masseuse. No discussion on why I was there or areas to focus on. I booked a 90 minute massage and once arrived I was only given the option for 30 or 60 minutes. I opted for an hour. Again, the language barrier was extremely difficult to navigate. I was asked to pay before the massage began and then was asked to run my card again after for a tip. At one point the draping covering my body was completely removed. Unfortunately, this was not a good experience for me.
